About the Role
Martio is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee stock accuracy and inventory management across partner supermarkets. The successful candidate will ensure products are available, minimize stock loss, and support efficient warehouse and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across all departments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and stock losses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure proper storage and product rotation.
- Work closely with warehouse and store management.
- Support purchasing and supply chain planning.
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
