About the Role
Martio is seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service and maintain high merchandising standards across our partner supermarkets. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves.
- Replenish merchandise throughout the day.
- Help customers locate products.
- Support promotional campaigns and product displays.
- Monitor product quality and expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness within assigned departments.
- Report stock shortages to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory counting.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
