Martio is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to assist shoppers, maintain attractive product displays, and provide outstanding service throughout the store. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with their shopping needs.
- Help customers locate products and answer basic inquiries.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves.
- Replenish merchandise as required.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and properly arranged.
- Monitor product quality and expiry dates.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.
- Report low stock levels to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness within assigned departments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
