About the Role
Martio is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to oversee stock accuracy, monitor inventory levels, and ensure products are available across supermarket departments. This role is essential for maintaining efficient inventory operations and minimizing stock shortages or overstocking.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track stock movement and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
- Ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock transactions.
- Support purchasing and supply chain operations.
- Follow company inventory control procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1–3 years of inventory management experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
