About the Role
Martio is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistants to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare goods for distribution to supermarket stores.
- Pick, pack, and label products accurately.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Report damaged or missing items to supervisors.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (where authorized).
- Support the warehouse team with daily operations.
Requirements
- Basic Education.
- Freshers are welcome; previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods.
- Good organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
