About the Role
Martio is looking for an experienced Driver to oversee the daily operations. As a Heavy Driver in a warehouse you are responsible for safely transporting goods to and from the warehouse while ensuring timely deliveries and the secure handling of cargo.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy vehicles to transport goods or materials.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip and report any faults.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo safely when required.
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain delivery records and ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance checks.
Requirements
- 12th pass or any Diploma.
- 2–4 years of driving experience.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
