About the Role
Martio is seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Stock Clerks / Shelf Stackers to keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will play a key role in ensuring products are available for customers while maintaining a clean and efficient shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves with products throughout the day.
- Organize merchandise according to store standards.
- Check product quality and monitor expiry dates.
- Remove damaged or expired products from shelves.
- Maintain clean and tidy aisles and storage areas.
- Assist with unloading and stocking deliveries.
- Report low stock levels to supervisors.
- Help with inventory counts and stock audits.
- Follow workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Support other departments when required.
Requirements
- Basic Education.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
