About the Role
Martio is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily supermarket operations, lead store teams, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven background in retail management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve business targets.
- Supervise inventory and stock management.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate store employees.
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Prepare reports and coordinate with senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- English communication required. Italian language skills are an advantage.
